Connections
Brain, nervous system & body: A single connection with science
The brain, nervous system and body are not separate entities, but a single continuous feedback loop. When the trauma of abuse or a chronically activated nervous system disrupts one, it resonates through them all. At Connections we don't just help manage the symptoms, we regulate the whole system.

About
I provide biomedical science and neuroscience-informed health and wellbeing mentoring for adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck or physically and mentally exhausted. You may also struggle with unexplained pain, frequent infections, gut health issues and/or sleep disruption - these are known effects of a stress-adapted nervous system and we aim to mentor you to a healthier version of yourself.
My work is especially suited to people experiencing high-functioning anxiety, chronic stress or loss of identity due to domestic or familial abuse - including those who may feel unsure about therapy or are waiting for formal support. I focus on connecting the brain, mind and body to enhance the energy required to live the life you deserve.

Through 1-to-1 sessions, small groups and workshops, I help people feel safe in their nervous system and build steady sustainable ways to cope with everyday life.

The approach is compassionate, practical and evidence based. This is not therapy or a crisis service, but supportive work designed to help people feel less alone, improve brain health, mental health and physical wellbeing; ensuring you navigate life with more energy, motivation and clarity.
