Connections
Brain & body: A continuous feedback loop for health and wellbeing
The brain and body are not separate, but a continuous feedback loop. When severe stress disrupts one system, it resonates through them all. At Connections I don't just help manage the symptoms, I help regulate the whole system with My Neuro-Cognitive-Somatic RECOVERY protocol.

About
The Neuro-Cognitive-Somatic RECOVERY protocol has been developed using my academic learnings from biomedical science and molecular neuroscience. I specialise in health and wellbeing mentoring for adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck or physically and mentally exhausted. You may also struggle with anxiety, mood fluctuations, unexplained pain, frequent infections, gut health issues and/or sleep disruption - these are known effects of a stress-adapted nervous system and I aim to mentor you to a healthier version of yourself.
My work is especially suited to people experiencing high-functioning anxiety, severe stress or loss of identity due to abuse - including those who may feel unsure about therapy or are waiting for formal support. I focus on connecting the brain, mind and body to enhance the energy required to live the life you deserve.
Through 1-to-1 sessions, small groups and workshops, I help people feel safe in their nervous system and build steady sustainable ways to cope with everyday life.
The approach is compassionate, practical and evidence based. This is not therapy or a crisis service, but supportive work designed to help people feel less alone, improve brain health, mental health and physical wellbeing; ensuring you navigate life with more energy, motivation and clarity.
